Sacred Ground Retreat – Terms & Conditions

1. Inclusions & Exclusions

Included:
• 3 nights geodome camping accommodation
• 3 x Sacred Meditations with Nanda
• Breathwork Ceremonies
• Sharing Circles
• Earth connection & reflective space
• Delicious, nourishing meals
• 8 weeks online support with Jenna (4 weeks pre-retreat, 4 weeks post-retreat)

Not Included:
• Airfares
• Arrival/departure transport
• Travel insurance (highly recommended)

2. Registration & Confirmation
• To reserve your spot, you must complete and sign this agreement and submit to hello@sacredground.co.nz.
• Upon receipt, Sacred Ground will confirm your registration.

3. Payments
• Deposit: $650 NZD to secure your place.
• Remaining Balance: $2,500 total, payable as $1,500 AUD before October 20, 2026, and $1,000 NZD cash on arrival.

4. Travel Insurance
• Participants are responsible for obtaining travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, property loss, or other losses.
• Sacred Ground and facilitators are not liable for losses incurred without insurance coverage.

5. Refunds & Transfers

All requests must be emailed to hello@sacredground.co.nz.

More than 8 weeks before retreat:
• You may transfer to another retreat within 12 months (confirm your chosen retreat).
• Cancellation: Refund processed once your spot is filled by another participant and the retreat has commenced.
• If your spot is not filled, your $650 deposit will not be refunded.

Less than 4 weeks before retreat:
• Your $650 deposit is non-refundable.
• If the space cannot be filled, 50% of the remaining retreat balance will be charged to the card used for booking.

Less than 2 weeks before retreat:
• Your $650 deposit is non-refundable.
• If the space cannot be filled, 100% of the remaining retreat balance will be charged to the card used for booking.


Early departure: No refunds for leaving the retreat early. Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel home.

6. Health & Participation
• You confirm you are over 18 and in good physical and mental health.
• You are capable of participating in all retreat activities, including breathwork, ceremonies, walking, and other physical activities.
• Sacred Ground reserves the right to refuse participation for medical, safety, or behavioral reasons.

7. Assumption of Risk
• Retreat activities carry inherent risks, including physical injury, illness, or death.
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
• Retreat locations may be remote with limited medical access.

8. Medical & Emergency Consent
• You are responsible for your own medical care and insurance.
• In emergencies, Sacred Ground may arrange medical care at your expense and may act on your behalf if you are unable to consent.
• You release Sacred Ground from liability for any decisions made in emergency medical situations.

9. Transportation & Conduct
• You are responsible for your own travel to/from the retreat.
• Sacred Ground is not liable for delays, accidents, or acts of third-party transportation providers.
• Participants must behave responsibly; disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in exclusion from the retreat without refund.

10. Third-Party Services
• Accommodation, transport, meals, and other services may be provided by independent third parties.
• Sacred Ground is not liable for any actions, omissions, or negligence of these third parties.

11. Waiver & Indemnity

By participating:
• You release, waive, and hold harmless Sacred Ground, its facilitators, staff, and affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising from your participation, including personal injury, property damage, or death.
• You agree to indemnify Sacred Ground against claims, costs, or losses arising from your actions during the retreat.

12. Force Majeure
• Sacred Ground is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, acts of government, terrorism).
• In such events, Sacred Ground may cancel or modify the retreat and will refund payments as applicable under the Refund Policy.

13. Acknowledgment

By clicking I agree to the terms and conditions, you confirm that:
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the retreat.
• You understand the refund, transfer, and payment terms.

More than 8 weeks before:
Transfer to another retreat or refund once your spot is filled and retreat has commenced.
Between 8 and 4 weeks:
Deposit non-refundable, 50% of balance charged if spot unfilled.
Less than 4 weeks:
